1 cup of milk (240ml)
¼ cup of oil (240ml)
3 large eggs
1 cup of Otimo All-Purpose Manioc Flour
100g of parmesan cheese (or 1 tsp of cinnamon)
½ teaspoon of salt (or sugar for sweet versions)
Blend milk, eggs and oil for 30 seconds, add Otimo Manioc Flour, cheese and salt and blend it for 1 minute.
Grease the waffle maker and pour the batter until fill up the lines.
Close it and cook for 5 to 7 minutes for until golden brown on top).
