Traditional Brazilian Cheese Buns
Dec 8th, 2020
It doesn't really matter what part of Brazil one is, everybody knows this recipe.
But, if you don't have any Brazilian friends to make it for you, don't you worry.
Otimo Cheese Puffs & Pastry Mix has created a simple 3-step mixture that is going to save the day! Check it out!
¼ cup of milk or water
2 tbsp of butter or oil
1 cup of cheese (optional)
In a medium size bowl, mix the ingredients and add the full bag content. Mix well until all the liquid is absorbed by the dough.
Separate dough into 20-24 pieces. Roll each one into small buns and place them in a baking tray, leaving 1” between them so they do not stick together when they puff.
Place the tray in the oven at 400 F for about 15 minutes or until they get a golden color and firm touch.
