Traditional Brazilian Cheese Buns

INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg of Otimo Cheese Puffs & Pastry Mix (Original or White Cheddar).

¼ cup of milk or water

2 eggs

2 tbsp of butter or oil

1 cup of cheese (optional)

 

In a medium size bowl, mix the ingredients and add the full bag content. Mix well until all the liquid is absorbed by the dough.

Separate dough into 20-24 pieces. Roll each one into small buns and place them in a baking tray, leaving 1” between them so they do not stick together when they puff.

Place the tray in the oven at 400 F for about 15 minutes or until they get a golden color and firm touch.
