French Crêpe

INGREDIENTS:

1 tsp of Otimo All-Purpose Manioc Flour 

1 tsp of water or milk

1 egg

Salt

Nutella

Strawberries and bananas

 

In a small size bowl, mix the manioc flour with water or milk and once completely blended, add the egg and salt. Mix well.

In a small fry-pan, add a little bit of oil and place the mixture. Leave it over medium heat for approximately 4 minutes.

Spread Nutella over the crepes and fill it with strawberries and bananas. Fold it twice.
